14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). When the order includes several products delivered separately, this period starts from the receipt of the last product.

How to exercise your right

  1. Inform us of your decision before the deadline expires, by email at contact@lamaisonorvane.com or by mail to Maison Orvane – Ryan Tireau Krahenbuhl EI, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, stating your order number. You can use the standard form below or any other unambiguous statement.
  2. We will provide you with the return address: the exact address indicated by the carrier or supplier for your product or, failing that, Maison Orvane – Returns Department, 18 rue Coste Rebouhl, 11000 Carcassonne, France.
  3. Return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision, complete with all its accessories and, where possible, protected in packaging suitable for transport.

Return costs

You are responsible for arranging the return of the product and for bearing the costs. Due to their size and weight, our sofas cannot be returned by post and require a carrier. For reference, the cost of a return is comparable to the shipping rate for the model, approximately €58.92 to €76.70 for collection in France depending on the model; it may be higher from other served countries.

Product depreciation

You may unpack the product and examine it as you would in a store. In the event of depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product (use, soiling, damage, missing items), an amount corresponding to this depreciation may be deducted from the refund, up to a maximum of 30% of the price.

Refund

We will refund you the full amount paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We may defer the refund until receipt of the product or until you have provided proof of its shipment, the date being the earlier of these two events. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method, and at no cost to you.

Damaged or non-compliant product

A product that arrives damaged or defective does not fall under the right of withdrawal but under legal guarantees: no return costs or deductions will be charged to you. Upon delivery, make precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note if the packaging is damaged, take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
