Free delivery
Delivery of your sofa is free, regardless of the country served. The usual shipping cost appears crossed out in your cart and at checkout.
Countries served
France, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic. Islands and certain remote areas are not served. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
Preparation and delivery times
Preparation: your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours after your payment has been validated.
Shipping:
- France: 3 to 5 business days.
- Other countries served: 3 to 10 business days depending on the country.
Shipping times are in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise indicated by the carrier at the time of shipment.
These times are estimates. Unless another date has been agreed upon, your order will be delivered to you within 30 days at the latest following its validation.
Tracking your order
As soon as it has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also find your orders on the Track my order page.
Delivery
Our sofas are delivered packaged and require no assembly. Upon delivery, check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If the packaging is damaged, write precise reservations on the delivery note, take photos and contact us promptly at contact@lamaisonorvane.com or on 06 11 76 81 77.
After unpacking, allow the padding to regain its volume for 72 hours before use, as indicated on the product page.
